SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35 Proposing an amendment                          
to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to participation in        
an abortion, which was read the second time (page 3297) was before             
the Senate.                                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3198.                      
                                                                               
Senator Wilken called the Senate. The call was satisfied.                      
                                                                               
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.
